Try to delete all poor content from you site, i mean to say low quality data or short post where you are not getting traffic.
2. Delete Unwanted Results from Google
Delete site tags, categories, achieves, etc from Google search result which may lead you to a straight Google Penalty.
3. Use Google Disavow Tool
If you have Generated a lot of of Backlinks in short time or with over optimized anchor text, then use the Google Disavow tool to make .txt file uploaded with your bad backlinks linking to your blog etc.
